Children's Choirs
Bethel's Cherub Choir
(Kindergarten, First, and Second Grades) is a child's first choir experience at Bethel. We welcome all children to join us to make a joyful noise! We sing all types of music, learn to play handbells, and use percussion instruments too! Sometimes we wear costumes and often make our own props to go along with our songs. We've learned about faith by singing about frogs, computers, cars, pogo sticks, and many other things!
Director: Jamie Henke
Accompanist: Jan Helwig
Rehearsals: Sundays, 10:15 - 10:45 am. in Room 202
Staff Contact: Gary Lewis
Bethel Children's Choir
(Third through Fifth Grades) continues to teach good vocal production as well as further music concepts. We mix unison and two part singing with instruments and movement. Through games and activities, we find new and exciting ways to learn about music and about each other. With each piece we sing, we become stronger in music and faith.
Director: Chelsea Lauing
Accompanist: Hugh Jones
