Youth Service Trips
Bethel Confirmation classes and high school youth serve our community and travel to various cities to work in service projects helping those in need.

 

Puerto Rico Service/Friendship Trip 2013

Our travel plans are underway for this mission and service trip. Join Pr. Scot and Pr. Jaime Jan. 15-22 as we work with our Mission

Church Partner, Bethel Lutheran Church, Dorado, Puerto Rico. Last year, we painted, trimmed trees, made repairs and enjoyed fellowship! Cost is the same as last year, $575, and includes:· Motor coach, Dutch Mill Park to and from O’Hare Airport

· Roundtrip, non-stop air travel, American Airlines

· Lodging in dorm style rooms, beachside, Dorado

· Local transportation in Dorado

Registration fee of $275 is due with application by Nov. 30, 2012. Trip is limited to first 24 participants. Additional costs: group meals ($45), Saturday day trip ($20) and 2 meals on your own. Eastern Europe Partner Project
Through a long-standing relationship with Christians in Eastern Europe, Pastor Duane Hanson leads groups from Bethel in special work projects and cultural activities in the region.
